Seoul Bird’s Eye View From Namhan Mountain

N Seoul Tower in the northern part of Seoul is the most popular destination for getting a bird’s eye view of Seoul. If you want to check it from the southeastern part of Seoul, I recommend visiting Namhansan (Namhan mountain). According to Google, the height of Namsan Mountain (where Seoul tower is located) is 236 meters, which makes it the second-highest point in Seoul. On the other hand, the height of Namhansan is 400 to 500 meters. From there, you can see Lotte Tower, the highest point in Seoul and one of the tallest buildings in the world. To get there, you need to ride a bus from Sanseong station. You can enjoy the beautiful view from the station going up to the mountain. We went there in autumn and I think it’s the best time to visit the place since we were able to see the different colors of the leaves. We waited for sunset so we can enjoy both the day and night view. Don’t forget to bring a jacket or coat since it gets really cold at night!
